I believe that they have long term places to be able to create trade goods. Its one of the idea's behinf planetary interfaction as most trade goods are supposed to be made or used on planets mainly, e.g. food, tabacoo etc.

I am not sure, however it maybe to do with using alt scouts and logging off tatics, you used to be able to switch toons in a couple of secs causing the old one to disapear streight way.

Or the use of some kind of destortion generating ECM, otherwise you would go though a lot of probs to provide coverage while doing a missions. I don't know how long probs last. Could also be used to set up an ambush like a cryo feild

The data is in the export (information forum has the link) however this is for percect BPO's I believe. Other then that you will have to build a spread sheet, a hundred BPO's should only take an hour or two to put together, just note the BPO name ...
